Go through this 10+ year period feeling alone
Menopause Foundation of Canada, The Silence and the Stigma: Menopause in Canada (2022), national survey of 1,023 Canadian women aged 40 to 60.
Who this is for:
Â
Your sleep has changed, your moods have opinions of their own, and something about your body feels unfamiliar in a way you can't quite name. You've googled it at 3am and come away with over a dozen conflicting answers, half of them trying to sell you something. Your clothes don't fit the way they used to despite changing nothing, and your digestion feels off. Then you finally get in front of your doctor, you have ten minutes to explain a year of your life, and you leave with more questions than answers, and in some cases totally dismissed and unheard.
Â
We get it, because this is what our patients are telling us everyday. We're healthcare providers passionate about supporting women to thrive in this stage of life, encouraging you to be armed with education and information to advocate for your health.
Â
We also know the power of being in a room, having these conversations with women who get it. Women who are also navigating this transition, who want to feel like they aren't alone in it all. This connection is where meaningful support takes place. Where you are seen, heard and validated in your experience.
Â
Taken together, this is for women wanting to thrive through perimenopause rather than just get by.
This is for me!
Do you feel...
- in it, and want a better understanding of what's happening, and what supports are available?
- unsure if you're perimenopausal, but want more information for now and later?
- tired of conflicting advice, wellness trends that aren't working, and everyone weighing in on your health?
- like your symptoms keep getting dismissed by your doctor want to walk into the next appointment better prepared?
- like you want to better understand the difference between treatments and supports worth pursuing versus not worth your time, energy, and money?
- like you're already taking steps with treatments options like HRT, and want to know what else you can do?
- you're a few years out and would rather know what is coming?
- like you are longing for conversations with other women who get it, because they're in it too?
If the answer is yes to any of these, this is the event for you!

Meet your panel
Dr. Brianna Noon, MD, CCFP
Family physician
Brianna has spent more than ten years in full-scope family practice, and she also leads on long-term care with her health authority. Her focus outside the clinic is women's health and patient advocacy, and it comes from a pattern she kept seeing: women leaving appointments feeling unheard, then going looking for answers on their own and finding noise instead. Her work is a direct response to that, taking credible medical evidence and putting it into plain language women can actually use.
Dr. Rachael Lovink, ND
Naturopathic doctor
Rachael has ten years of clinical experience and a science-led, no-nonsense approach to digestive health. She works with people who have already tried elimination diets, supplements and gut healing protocols without much to show for it, and her focus is the bloating, constipation and IBS-type symptoms that shift as hormones do. Her work sits in the gap between conventional medicine and wellness culture, offering evidence-based care that helps people stop guessing and stop restricting.
What you can expect
This is real life conversation, answering your questions, and sharing actionable takeaways.
The conversation
A discussion sharing clinical experience, real life cases, evidence-based approaches, and personal experience.
Practical takeaways
You'll leave with practical takeaways and next steps, rather than just vague ideas or textbook advice. You can start right away.
Rapid fire panel questions
We're here to myth-bust, say yay or nay on wellness trends and get our real opinions about what's out there.
Your questions answered
We'll open the floor for questions, so that you leave with a clearer direction. If you're thinking it, someone else is too.
What you'll walk away with
- A clear picture of the symptoms, including the ones nobody warned you about
- A straight look at your treatment options, what they do, and who they tend to suit
- What integrative care actually looks like when a doctor and a naturopathic doctor work alongside each other
- The nuance, because perimenopause rarely arrives with one tidy answer
- Language to bring to your own appointments so a short visit goes further

This event is educational. The conversation covers general information about perimenopause and is not a substitute for individual medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Attending does not create a practitioner-patient relationship, and questions about your own situation are best brought to your own care team.
